TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General terms
Please note that these Terms and Conditions have been created to ensure expectations are
clear for the children, parents and carers.
Holliestic Wellbeing will ensure that the Yoga and Mindfulness Mini Retreats are to a high
quality, fun, safe and promote enjoyment for all the children.
This contract is between Holliestic Wellbeing and the parent/ carer on the booking form. By
agreeing and submitting this document, you consent to all of our terms and conditions.
1.1 Imagery
Photos may be taken during the Yoga and Mindfulness Mini Retreats
Holliestic Wellbeing will use some images for their website, Facebook and Instagram
pages.
You must indicate on the contact/ booking form if you consent or do not consent to
your child’s photograph being taken and / or shared on social media.
1.2 Medical conditions
Full details of any injuries, health conditions, allergies or medical conditions must be
given at the time of booking to ensure that staff are aware and have the full details
before the mini retreat commences. Failing to do so could compromise your child’s place on the retreat
1.3 Behaviour Management Policy
At the beginning of the mini retreat, behaviour expectations will be discussed with
the children, this will ensure that they are clear of what is accepted and how we
respect and support each other during the Yoga and Mindfulness Mini Retreat.
We encourage good behaviour from all children and will work in collaboration to set
boundaries and promote trust with each other.
Any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour will be discussed with the child as to why
it is deemed so. Subsequently we will discuss it with parents.
Continued concerns with behaviour could result in your child being removed from
the sessions and potentially the whole course, if it cannot be resolved.
1.4 Holliestic Wellbeing Staff
All members of staff are highly qualified and experienced practitioners to deliver
Yoga and Mindfulness retreats.
All members of staff have an enhanced DBS certificate.
The Holliestic Wellbeing director is trained in working with children with a range of
needs.
1.5 Late Pick-Ups
We are unable to accommodate late pick-ups and so all children must be collected on
time. If your child is collected more than 10 minutes late a charge of £5 will be
applied, then £1 for every minute after.
1.6 Cancellations
Holliestic Wellbeing has a no refund policy in place.
If the retreat is cancelled by Holliestic Wellbeing a full refund will be issued.
2. Holliestic Wellbeing Conditions
2.1 Retreats
As a dedicated and zealous therapeutic children’s Yoga practitioner, I believe that
investing into our children to prepare them for the world, in having a better mind,
body and soul is key in creating a loving and harmonious world. Yoga supports
mental wellbeing, mindfulness, assists in their development, reduces stress and can
mitigate emotional and behaviour concerns. We use the creative space to encourage
children to learn and develop whilst improving focus, attention and physical
movement.
We aim for the children to enjoy their experience with us, grow their skill set and
work towards their own personal goals.
2.2 What is required
Children will need to wear clothes that they are able to move in and feel
comfortable.
Children will need to be provided with a full water bottle and lunch.
Any other protection needed for the weather e.g waterproofs and sunscreen

All days will take place at Goldfinch Primary School 21 Cunliffe St, London SW16,
United Kingdom from 09:30-15:00.
