Our mini retreat days are intentionally designed as a sanctuary from the noise of everyday life, a gentle pause to reconnect with yourself, recharge your nervous system, and find community with other women.
Over five nourishing hours, you’ll move through a curated blend of holliestic practices including Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Breathwork, Quantum Healing, Meditation, Sound Baths, Art Expression and Creative Writing. Each session is crafted to support emotional release, collective connection and inner calm.
You will also enjoy wholesome, nourishing food and time to simply be, to rest, reflect or share in conversation with like-minded women. These retreats are a space to step out of the roles you hold in daily life and return to yourself with softness, clarity and renewed energy.

Each trip brings together unforgettable outdoor experiences like kayaking, rafting, hiking and exploring new environments, paired with grounding wellbeing practices that honour both the body and mind.

Albania Adventure | 10–15 June 2026
Join us for a 6-day adventure through Albania’s wild mountains, rivers and ancient cities!
Day 1 – Arrival & Berat
Fly into Tirana, then travel to the UNESCO city of Berat. Explore the historic castle and enjoy a traditional Albanian dinner together.
Day 2 – Off-Road & Tomori Holy Mount
Head into remote mountain areas by 4x4, hike through one of Europe’s last wolf and bear sanctuaries, enjoy a village lunch and wine tasting with views of Mount Tomori.
Day 3 – Osumi Canyon
Explore the spectacular 3-million-year-old canyon by hiking or rafting (water-level dependent). Wild swimming included! Return to Berat.
Day 4 – Kayaking the Vjosa River
Kayak the famous “last wild river in Europe”, then unwind in Benja’s thermal baths. Spend the night in a luxury glamping site in Permet.
Day 5 – Vjosa River Rafting
Ride Class 3 rapids on the Vjosa before heading back to Berat for a final dinner.
Day 6 – Pellumbas Cave & Farewell
Hike to the dramatic Cave of Pellumbas, enjoy a village lunch, then return to Tirana to close the adventure.

Yoga & Mindfulness in South London
I currently run children’s yoga and mindfulness programmes in several primary schools across South London. Sessions take place during:
• Morning wellbeing clubs: 08:00–08:45
• After-school sessions: 15:30–16:30My classes combine movement, breathwork, emotional regulation skills, relaxation and playful mindfulness. These sessions help children become more grounded, connected to their bodies, confident, and emotionally aware.
The aim is simple: calm minds, stronger bodies, and happier children. Schools regularly report reduced anxiety, improved behaviour, and increased focus for the children I work with.
