Women's Wellbeing Evening ( 2.5 Hours of Deep Restoration)

£33.00

New Moon Women's Wellbeing Mini Retreat

Wednesday 12th August 2026
18:30 – 21:00
Streatham Common Woods (Leigham Court Road Entrance)

Join us for an evening of connection, restoration, and self-care beneath the trees as we gather for our New Moon Women's Wellbeing Mini Retreat.

Intentionally designed as a sanctuary from the noise and demands of everyday life, this 2.5-hour retreat offers an opportunity to pause, breathe deeply, reconnect with yourself, and spend time in the company of like-minded women.

Surrounded by the beauty of Streatham Common Woods, we'll immerse ourselves in nature, which has been shown to support both mental and physical wellbeing, helping to cultivate feelings of calm, joy, creativity, and inner balance.

We will then move through a nourishing yoga flow, linking movement with breath to gently strengthen the body, increase flexibility, release tension, and quiet the mind. Suitable for all abilities, this practice encourages you to move in a way that feels supportive and restorative for you.

As the light begins to soften around us, we will transition into a deeply relaxing sound healing experience. Using crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, you'll be guided through a meditative journey designed to soothe the nervous system, encourage emotional release, and create a profound sense of inner calm.

Following our practices, we will come together to enjoy wholesome, nourishing food and meaningful conversation. Whether you choose to connect with others, reflect quietly, or simply rest amongst nature, this space is yours to experience exactly as you need.

This retreat is an invitation to step away from your responsibilities for a few hours, release what no longer serves you, and return to yourself with softness, clarity, and renewed energy.

Please bring:
• A yoga mat
• Water bottle
• A blanket or warm layers for relaxation
• Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather

As this retreat takes place outdoors, it is weather dependent. In the event of unsuitable weather, the session will be rescheduled.

Come and escape the noise of the city, reconnect with nature, and invest in your wellbeing, mind, body, and soul.
